Recently a committee was formed to review our current Bylaws and make any adjustments/clarifications to them based upon the way our organization was structured and worked. The results of this committee has been a rewrite and re-structuring of our Bylaws. While MG Board approval has been given for these new Bylaws, the MCMGA membership has yet to review, discuss, and vote on them. If any MCMGA member wants a redline/strikeout version of the Bylaws, they can request that from Kevin using my email address in the directory or grants@indymcmga.org.
Highlights that should be noted are:
Terms of President/Vice President and Past President positions;
Selection of President;
Updates to accurately reflect current practice;
Reorganization for better flow.
